Zero tolerance

Any content involving minors, non-consent, incest, violence, bestiality, or any other illegal acts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement (including NCMEC for CSAM).

Consent first, always

Every prompt, dare, and challenge is a suggestion, never an obligation.
Anyone can skip, swap, or stop a round at any time — no explanation needed.
Pick a safe word at the start of the night and honour it instantly.
Re-check consent often. Enthusiastic, sober, ongoing consent is the only kind that counts.
Respect each player's hard limits as set in their profile.

What we expect from you

Only consenting adults (18+) may use this app.
Do not use the app to harass, coerce, threaten, or pressure anyone.
Do not record, screenshot, or share another player's responses or images without their explicit consent.
Submitted prompts must be original or properly licensed, legal everywhere they could be read, and involve only consenting adults.
Treat the artwork in Caption This as you would in a museum — it's classical/erotic art, not a substitute for porn or a place for slurs.

Report something

If you see a prompt, image, or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it so we can review and remove it.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend access, refuse service, and where appropriate report to law enforcement. Decisions are at our sole discretion and may be made without prior notice.
